The Rosé Brut by champagne Henriot is a pure delight.
Intense and superbly balanced it is crafted from Pinot Noir from the Montagne de Reims and from Chardonnay coming from the Côte des Blancs, two of the greatest and most venerated terroirs in all of Champagne.
A touch of Pinot Meunier adds delicately fruity notes. This magnificent blend is then completed with a touch of Pinot Noir red wine to create its distinctive colour and aromas.
The Henriot Rosé Brut is salmon pink tinged with copper.
The nose is distinctly fruity with an array of strawberry, raspberry and citrus fruits being replaced by more herbaceous aromas before finishing on mineral notes.
A lovely freshness on the palate marks a perfect balance between vivacity and suavity, and complex notes of flowers and spice intermingle gracefully.
The final is vibrant and intense ending on a touch of cinnamon and liquorice.
