Description
This Blanc de Blancs is a complex and refined cuvee which embodies the personality and skills of the house of Henriot. It is a blend of Chardonnays from the Côte des Blancs, the most highly esteemed terroir for this grape variety.
The Henriot Blanc de Blancs has a glimmering pale gold robe illuminated by light green gleams, and a multitude of fine bubbles.
The nose is pure with precious floral notes, opening up after a few instants to reveal aromas of citrus and pastries and finishing with a touch of spice.
The attack of the Henriot Blanc de Blancs Henriot is frank and ample, followed up by notes of brioche and fruits with a touch of menthol on the long, full finish.
