      Esprit de Giraud embodies all the skills of the house of Henri Giraud. It passes in stainless steel vats under controlled temperatures for a whole year on its lees without any pumping over.

      It is a blend where the Chardonnay component remains discreet, though present on the attack, and the Pinot is dominant.

      All the grapes come from Grand Cru terroirs.
