The Henri Giraud house is located in Aÿ, where pinot noir reigns supreme. Directed by Claude Giraud, the house produces gourmet cuvées, mostly aged in wood. A wood from the Argonne forest and which the house has made its signature on. The Esprit cuvée allows you to discover and learn about the house style, but it is truly with the Hommage à François Hémart cuvée that one immerses themselves in Giraud's know-how. The Code Noir cuvée and its rosy variation, made only from Pinot Noir, develop a vinosity and a rare aromatic palette. At the top of the range, are the Fût de Chêne Multivintage cuvée, vibrant with intensity and the iconic Argonne cuvée, unclassifiable and unforgettable.
