Description
Gosset Célébris Rosé 2007 expresses notes of red fruits complemented by a touch of freshness and minerality.
It is a champagne which is crafted from 59% Chardonnay and 41% Pinot Noir of which 7% is red wine, dosed as an Extra-Brut (5 g/L), and which obtains additional smoothness and suavity of aromas through malolactic fermentation.
Resplendent in its pale pink robe with slight ruby tints, Célébris Rosé 2007 exudes aromas of raspberry, strawberry, blueberry and bourbon vanilla mingled with fresher floral notes such as lilac and violet.
Fresh and ample with red fruits such as strawberry, raspberry and redcurrant, the palate is soft and enveloping, persisting on notes of pink grapefruit.
