Franck Bonville's 2009 vintage is the result of a very fine year for champagne, one that combined good acidity with a high level of sweetness.
This Blanc de Blancs champagne is made from the classified Grand Cru terroirs of Avize (70%) and Oger (30%). This cuvée has spent nearly 5 years in the cellar. Its 9g/L dosage gives it a lovely roundness and contributes to its balance.
Millésime 2009 from Franck Bonville is a cuvée that combines structure and elegance, and will accompany a dish based on noble poultry.
