Maison Elemart Robion is located in the heart of the Ardre Valley, in the village of Lhéry. Catherine and Thierry Robion pass on their love of the land and wine to their children, and especially to their son Eloi. They cultivate 4.5 hectares of vineyards using organic farming methods on the terroirs of Lhéry and Courtagnon, planted primarily with Meunier. A signature grape variety in the Ardre Valley, it thrives in ideal conditions here and offers a style characterized by richness and fruitiness. Chardonnay comes next, bringing finesse, freshness, and elegance. Finally, there is a small proportion of Pinot Noir and Petit Meslier.
Within the Elemart Robion range of organic champagnes, you’ll find the Cuvée VB 03, a blend of 70% Pinot Meunier, 20% Chardonnay, and 10% Pinot Noir. A fruity and expressive champagne with lovely minerality. There are also vintage cuvées such as the Cuvée 60/40, a very delicate and subtle champagne made from 60% Chardonnay and 40% Pinot Meunier; or the Cuvée Les Monets, a very fruity 100% Pinot Meunier.
