Diebolt-Vallois' vintage Cuvée Blanc de Blancs is only produced in exceptional years.
The 2011 vintage is made from grapes grown on the terroirs of Cuis, Chouilly, Epernay and Cramant.
Blanc de Blancs 2011 is a champagne that evokes white flowers and minerality. On the palate, it's round, fresh and elegant, with hints of yellow fruit. Its texture is creamy and unctuous, with a hint of spice on the finish.
