Description

Vignes de la Vallée from Dehours is generous and ample, with great maturity and aromatic persistence.

Made essentially with grapes from the 2006 vintage, it is a blend of 46% Pinot Meunier for its fruity generosity, 16% Chardonnay for its fresh elegance and 6% Pinot Noir for added structure and vinosity, completed by reserve wines made using the Solera method, begun in 1998.

The elegance of this champagne will intensify as it opens up and will admirably accompany a plate of oysters or white fish.
