Established for four generations in Cerseuil in the Marne Valley, the Dehours family raises their vines with respect for the environment. The domain, very fragmented (42 plots spread over the vintages of Mareuil le Port, Oeuilly and Troissy), offers a very varied range. The collection cuvées come from plot vinification, that is to say from the best plots of vines. The Blanc de Meunier cuvée is, for example, made from 12 plots of Pinot Meunier and offers flavors of yellow fruits and brioche. The Champagne hillsides are vinified in white or red, aged in oak barrels and generally bottled without filtration, in order to preserve all of their original substance.
