This vintage cuvée is a blend of 75% Pinot Noir and 25% Chardonnay, grown on the Grand Cru plots of Ambonnay. Produced exclusively in exceptional years, this cuvée perfectly reflects the 2015 harvest. The champagne has been aged on its lees for a minimum of 8 years, developing great complexity and remarkable structure. With an Extra-Brut dosage of 3 g/l, this cuvée retains a vibrant freshness and aromatic purity. Production is limited to just 5,000 bottles and 500 magnums, guaranteeing its exclusivity.
