The Tradition cuvée is made from a precise blend of 80% Pinot Noir and 20% Chardonnay, sourced from Grand Cru plots in Ambonnay. This non-vintage champagne is based on the latest harvest, enriched with 40% reserve wines. After aging on lees in the bottle for at least four years, this cuvée reveals all the complexity and elegance of its terroir. With a dosage of 6 g/l, it is in keeping with the pure tradition of Brut champagnes, offering balance and indulgence. Each vintage is carefully drawn to reach a total of 40,000 equivalent bottles.
