But it is when tasted that it reveals its true uniqueness: a rosé blend that is as delicious as it is precise, elegantly balancing the freshness of red fruits and the depth of prolonged aging in chalk cellars. A complex, structured, and accessible champagne, ideal for celebrating a special moment or offering a refined gift.

A bold blend for a fruity signature

The Rosé Réserve in a gift box is based on wines from the current year (75%), divided equally between Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Meunier, to which is added a careful selection of reserve wines aged for an average of five years and composed of half Chardonnay and half Pinot Noir. The final blend is therefore based on:

• 40% Pinot Noir – for structure and red fruit aromas.
• 35% Chardonnay – for freshness, elegance and minerality.
• 25% Meunier – for roundness and fruity richness.

The blend is enhanced by 5-6% of red wines made from Pinot Noir grapes from Les Riceys, which add intensity of color and aromatic freshness. The blend is aged for 3-4 years in the legendary thousand-year-old cellars of the House, giving it depth and a silky texture.

  The Rosé Réserve reveals a sophisticated powder pink color, enlivened by bright hints of wild rose. A fine and elegant effervescence reflects the long maturation in the cellar.

• Nose

  The nose is both tender and complex, evoking homemade strawberry jam, vine peaches and warmer notes of gingerbread.

• Palate

  The palate is full-bodied, assertive and smooth, evoking a sabayon of raspberries, strawberries and blackberries. A caressing texture reminiscent of whipped cream leads to a long, generous finish.
