Rosé Réserve is the result of a skilfully orchestrated blend, where freshness and structure coexist in perfect harmony:
The blend includes up to 35% reserve wines, with an average age of 5 years, bringing complexity, richness and depth to the cuvée. This blend is complemented by 5 to 6% red wine made from Pinot Noir from Les Riceys. The subtle dosage and single-vineyard vinification reinforce the precision of this assertive champagne.
"The delicate nuances of powdered rose reveal a wine of great precision. Inspired by Brut Réserve, it is enriched with great red Champagne wines that reinforce its generous, tangy identity and delicately fruity, elegant palate."
A delicate powder pink color with bright hints of wild rose. The fine, persistent effervescence is evidence of 48 months of aging on lees in chalk cellars.
An expressive and complex nose, blending candied strawberry and vine peach, followed by warm notes of gingerbread and homemade jam.
The palate is full-bodied, fleshy and generous. It evokes a sabayon of strawberries, raspberries and blackberries, enveloped in a creamy texture reminiscent of whipped cream. The finish is smooth and persistent.
The price of a bottle of Rosé Réserve Charles Heidsieck is 67,95 €. Remarkable value for money for a rosé with character, from an exceptional producer.
