Héritage Nature by Maison Brice, created by Christophe Constant, is an ephemeral cuvée produced in small quantities.
This cuvée reflects the terroir of Maison Brice, combining 70% Pinot Noir from the terroirs of Bouzy, Loches-sur-Ource and Noé-Les-Mallets, with 30% Chardonnay from the terroir of Grauves, a village in the Côte des Blancs.
The wines are aged entirely in stainless-steel tanks to preserve their liveliness. Similarly, malolactic fermentation is not carried out. This allows the wine to retain all its mineral tension.
The absence of dosage reveals every nuance of the wine, without masking or artifice.
Cuvée Héritage Nature is an elegant champagne, the perfect accompaniment to a fine aperitif.
