      Description

      Héritage EP Nature from Maison Brice, crafted by Christophe Constant, is a limited-edition cuvée produced in small quantities and aged for an extended period, hence its name (EP).

      This cuvée reflects the terroir of Maison Brice, blending 70% Pinot Noir from the terroirs of Bouzy, Loches-sur-Ource and Noé-Les-Mallets with 30% Chardonnay from the terroir of Grauves, a village in the Côte des Blancs.

      The wines are aged entirely in stainless steel vats to preserve their lively character. In the same vein, malolactic fermentation is not carried out. This allows the wine to retain all its mineral tension.

      The absence of dosage allows all the nuances of the wine to be revealed, without any masking or artifice.

      The elegance of this Heritage EP Nature cuvée is the perfect accompaniment to a fine aperitif.
