      The hallmark is this champagne, created in 1988 in honour of Elisabeth Salmon co-founder of the company, is its incomparable delicacy. A blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, it symbolises the Billecart-Salmon art of champagne making.

      The 2002 vintage of the cuvee Elisabeth Salmon gleams with extraordinary pink and slightly salmon highlights complemented by a graceful chain of bubbles and a fine and persistent mousse.

      Expressive and complex on the nose, with notes of exotic wood, fresh fig, crystallised fruit,wild strawberries and rose petals. The palate is impressive for its great length and complexity, with dominant aromas of small red fruits, spices and hints of mint.
