The 2016 Les Montants cuvée produced by Adrien Renoir is a fresh and gourmet champagne. It is a bottle that will pair wonderfully with seafood, but can also accompany a nice aperitif.
Les Montants 2016 is a Blanc de Blancs, made from Chardonnay from the Grand Cru de Verzy terroir on the Montagne de Reims. Chardonnays de Verzy offer a very interesting balance between the minerality provided by the chalky soil, and aromatic richness.
This is a cuvée vinified in stainless steel vats and aged on lees. Its dosage is Extra Brut.
