Sydonios is a young French brand with the ambition of offering the best tasting glasses in the world.
To design the models in their range, Baptiste Larbre and Antoine Schvartz, the two founders, met with over 100 wine professionals and read dozens of scientific studies on the expression of wine aromas. These discussions and research led to the creation of seven models. All were tested by a panel of around 100 tasters, and the best and most accurate models were selected.
This set contains six Universel glasses, a model that provides great precision for many wines, especially champagnes. It allows white wines, champagnes, and sweet wines to express all their nuances.

In addition to its immense oenological qualities, L'Universel is an incredibly delicate and light glass.
