Sydonios is a young French brand that aims to offer the best tasting glasses in the world.
To design the models in their range, Baptiste Larbre and Antoine Schvartz, the two founders, met with over 100 wine professionals and read dozens of scientific studies on the expression of wine aromas. These discussions and research led to the creation of seven models. All were tested by a panel of around 100 tasters, and the best and most accurate were selected.
This set contains two Universel glasses, a model that provides great precision for many wines, especially champagnes. It allows white wines, champagnes, and sweet wines to express all their nuances.
