Description
Lancelot-Pienne's Cuvée Accord Majeur, presented here in magnum, is a generous, gourmet champagne.
A blend of 70% Pinot Meunier, 20% Chardonnay and 10% Pinot Noir, this cuvée is aged for 4 years in the house cellars before being offered for tasting. The dosage is Extra Brut (5g/l) to preserve freshness and tension.
Cuvée Accord Majeur has a golden yellow color, with sustained, delicate bubbles.
On the nose, we discover lovely aromas of ripe fruit, with a hint of spice.
On the palate, the attack is full and well-balanced. The finish vibrates for several seconds, evoking spicy, roasted notes.
