The Table Ronde cuvée from Lancelot-Pienne is made exclusively from Chardonnay grapes grown in the Grand Cru vineyards of the Côte des Blancs (Cramant, Avize, Chouilly).
This champagne blends wines from the latest harvest with wines from previous years, which are aged using the Solera system.
The Table Ronde Lancelot-Pienne cuvée brings out the purity, depth, and finesse of Chardonnay from the Grands Crus terroirs of the Côte des Blancs.
This cuvée has a golden color and fine, numerous bubbles.
Its nose reveals a delicately toasted touch, which then evolves into notes of flowers and almonds, revealing pastry and ripe yellow fruit notes.
On the palate, this cuvée is creamy, with a beautiful balance between minerality and richness.
Its dosage of 3.5 g/l gives the Cuvée de la Table Ronde a very special harmony between flavors and a long finish.
A champagne with soul, generous and rare.
