Description

The Cuvée Eloquence from Domaine JL Vergnon is a Champagne made exclusively from Chardonnay, a grape variety renowned for its delicate aromas, freshness, and liveliness.

This cuvée is vinified in stainless steel vats to preserve the aromas of the Chardonnay and the Grand Cru terroirs of the Côte des Blancs.

It is a blend of different vintages with at least 20% reserve wine aged in barrels.

The Eloquence cuvée has a golden color with pretty green highlights and a multitude of fine bubbles that give it a satiny appearance.

The first nose is very aromatic with aromas of grapefruit, almonds, and biscuit on a mineral and chalky background.

This is followed by spicy and floral notes that add depth and personality.

On the palate, the expression is very pure, bright and precise.

This Blanc de Blancs has a beautiful length on the finish and leaves a very clean, slightly salty, chalky sensation.

A very fine cuvée for aperitifs or at the start of a meal.
