The Reliance Nature cuvée produced by Franck Pascal is a light and airy champagne.
It is a champagne that blends 70% Pinot Meunier, 25% Pinot Noir, and 5% Chardonnay.
The Franck Pascal vineyard is spread across six communes on the right bank of the Marne Valley. In this Tertiary-era terroir, the geological configurations are eclectic. Most of the vines are located on south-east-facing slopes, on marl, flint and hard limestone clay soils.
Franck Pascal stands out for its natural winemaking methods, which allow the wine, the terroir, and the particular characteristics of each vintage to express themselves to the fullest.
Since 2005, Franck Pascal has been working in the cellar with an energetic approach to fill a void, just as biodynamics filled a void in the vineyard.
The Reliance cuvée is available as a Brut Nature, with no added sugar.
The Reliance cuvée reveals notes of yellow fruit, pastry and roasted aromas, as well as a touch of citrus. On the palate, we find the same energy as on the nose, along with these delicious aromas and a lovely mineral structure that adds a touch of airiness.
