The 2015 Vintage from Maison Thiénot is a cuvée with a subtle balance between richness and finesse. It expresses the characteristics of great years, shaped in accordance with the Maison's style.
This cuvée is a blend of 30% Chardonnay, 60% Pinot Noir and 10% Meunier. Vinification and aging take place entirely in stainless steel vats to preserve the wine's freshness and energy. This 2015 Vintage then spent seven years in the cellars of the house in Reims, where it was able to develop away from light and temperature variations.
This champagne has a straw-yellow color with soft golden highlights.
The nose is very expressive with notes of orchard fruits, apple, and ripe pear.
The palate is fresh and full-bodied with notes already present on the nose, opening up to aromas of bergamot.
This 2015 Vintage is the perfect accompaniment to a cream-braised chicken or veal chop with eggplant.
