      Description

      This beautifully mineral cuvée from the 2007 harvest boasts complex citrus aromas. Made from a blend of 65% Chardonnay, 30% Pinot Noir and 5% Pinot Meunier, it was aged for 7 years in our cellars before being released.

      Deep gold to the eye, it reveals an intense nose of dried fruit, apricot and citrus. Lively and very expressive on the palate, this is a rich, intense champagne with a long, sapid finish. Ideal as an aperitif or with sushi, it will also find its place with fish or shellfish.
