The Blanc de Blancs from Thiénot is a magnificent interpretation of the great Chardonnays of the Côte des Blancs. It is a cuvée built around freshness, fruit, and finesse.
It is an atypical blend, consisting of 80% reserve wines and only 20% wines from the current vintage. The house uses Chardonnays mainly from the Avize, Vertus and Villier Marmery crus.
The Blanc de Blancs Thiénot spends 3 to 4 years in the house's cellars before being offered for tasting.
This cuvée has a pale yellow color, dotted with fine, lively bubbles.
On the nose, this Blanc de Blancs reveals beautiful citrus notes (lemon) and a slightly pastry-like touch on the second nose.
On the second nose, you will be amazed by the length and generosity of this champagne, which is perfect as an aperitif.
