The harvest took place under the sun, providing beautiful maturity to the grapes. The resulting Chardonnays distinguished themselves by their classic, chiseled, and saline character.

The Blanc de Blancs 2016 is composed solely of Chardonnay from Avize, a Grand Cru terroir of the Côte des Blancs, renowned for the exceptional quality of its grapes. This vintage is partially vinified in oak (28%) and malolactic fermentation was not carried out to preserve all the freshness of this wine. The bottles benefited from 5 years of maturation in the cellars of Champagne Roederer. This wine is dosed as Brut, at 7 g/L.
