The brilliant, deep-pink color is dotted with a fine mousse. A fine, persistent cordon underlines the effervescence. The nose expresses delicate aromas of raspberry, redcurrant and almond. On aeration, the wine develops nuances of wild strawberry and lilac, pleasantly enhanced by the expression of pinot noir.
The palate offers a harmonious blend of red fruits. It reveals finesse and freshness, as well as superb balance supported by a beautiful gourmet structure.
After a round attack with an elegant blend of vinosity and freshness, the wine has a zesty finish.
Brut Rosé 2008 is the ideal companion for salmon, but also for pink meats and small game birds. It also goes perfectly with fruit tarts or crumbles, combining the freshness, fleshiness and crumbliness of the dessert with the elegant structure of the wine.
