Pol Roger Rich is a sweet champagne between sec and demi sec.

Pol Roger Rich is a blend of equal parts Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier, and Chardonnay.

A 34 g/l dosage (sugar cane and wine) is added to this blend, which makes this drink full bodied. Each wine composing this final blend comes from a minimum of two vintages.

The musts underwent two cold settlings before fermentation in stainless steel to preserve the fruity characteristics of the wine. This clarification technique is Pol Roger Champagne specificity.

Three years of aging made Pol Roger Rich a dense gold color champagne, with light shades of copper.

The mousse is persistent and nicely rounded.

Its perfumed bouquet is well balanced; it evokes dry fruits, flower fragrances, and a tinge of wood, with some warm spicy notes at the end.

This long and complex palate with fresh fruit flavors, finishes with rich and creamy characters that remind caramel.
