Description
Cœur de Craie Trois-Puits 2018 from Maison Pierre Baillette is a high-flying cuvée made from 100% Pinot Noir from the lieu-dit "Les Chauds Champs" in the Premier Cru village of Trois-Puits.
This Trois-Puits village lies on clay-poor soils with chalk outcrops.
The wines are aged in 350- and 500-liter barrels, and malolactic fermentation takes place naturally. After disgorging, the wine is dosed as Extra-Brut.
This wine is magnificent in its expression, with aromas of caramel and ripe fruit.
This Cuvée Cœur de Craie Trois-Puits 2018 from Maison Pierre Baillette is lively, acidic, saline and focused on finesse. It perfectly combines intense aromas and great minerality.
