Pierre Baillette champagne

The Pierre Baillette estate is located in Trois Puits in the Montagne de Reims. The family-run business, managed by Périne Chartogne Baillette, covers almost 4 hectares spread across the communes of Trois Puits and Rilly la Montagne in the Premiers Crus appellation, with a few acres in the Verzenay Grand Cru appellation. With the exception of the Cuvée Le Village, which is made up of one third of each grape variety representative of the estate, Pierre Baillette champagnes are single-vineyard, single-varietal champagnes that express themselves with freshness and authenticity.

Périne Chartogne Baillette has developed three cuvées based on her favorite grape variety, Pinot Noir. You will find the Cuvée Coeur de Craie Trois Puits from the "Les Chauds Champs" vineyard, which perfectly combines intense aromas and great minerality. The Cuvée Cœur de Craie Rilly-la-Montagne from the "Malachets" plot reveals a lovely fruitiness. And the Cuvée Cœur de Craie Verzenay from the "Le Pertois" plot also has a beautiful mineral power and superb fruitiness.
