Description
Pertois-Moriset's L'Assemblage is a champagne that combines roundness, delicacy and freshness. A well-balanced champagne, ideal for the aperitif.
This champagne is based on a blend of 50% Pinot Noir and 50% Chardonnay, grapes from the Sézannais region on the southern slopes of the Marne.
Vinified and aged in vats, this champagne blends 80% of the year's harvest with 20% reserve wines. Dosed very lightly, at around 1g/L, this champagne offers an elegant, round attack, followed by a mid-palate marked by a slight vinosity. The citrus and green apple notes discovered on the nose are repeated.
Pertois-Moriset's Assemblage is the perfect accompaniment to an aperitif or cocktail.
