The production of Mumm RSRV Blanc de Noirs 2014

RSRV Blanc de Noirs 2014 is made exclusively from Pinot Noir grapes from the village of Verzenay, a Grand Cru renowned for its minerality and structure. The 2014 vintage was marked by a cool, wet start to the summer, followed by improved weather conditions from mid-August onwards. The harvest, which began on September 8, 2014, and continued until September 20, produced grapes of exceptional quality.

After harvesting, the champagne was cellared for a minimum of six years, during which time it developed its full aromatic depth. With a dosage of six grams of sugar per liter, this cuvée is a beautiful balance of power and elegance, offering a pure expression of the Verzenay terroir.
