The production of Moët & Chandon Ice Imperial champagne

The Ice Impérial cuvée is based on a blend specifically selected to reveal a very generous flavor profile. This blend is mainly based on Pinot Noir (40-50%), which brings structure and fruity intensity, while Meunier (30-40%) offers a round, full-bodied mouthfeel. Finally, Chardonnay (10-20%) adds a refreshing, tangy touch that perfectly accompanies a tasting over ice. In addition, 20 to 30% of reserve wines reinforce the intensity and consistency of this cuvée.

The dosage of this cuvée, combined with the profiles of the selected wines, has been specifically adjusted to balance the dilution of the ice cubes, thus preserving all the expressiveness and complexity of the fruity and floral aromas.
