The Blanc de Blancs 1er Cru produced by Maison Marc Hébrart is an elegant and precise champagne that is perfect as an aperitif.
This cuvée is made from 10% Chardonnay from the Grands Crus terroirs of Chouilly and Oiry and 90% Chardonnay Premier Cru from Mareuil sur Aÿ.
It is a structured and balanced champagne with 6 g/L of sugar.
This cuvée has great minerality and expresses its terroir through a harmonious blend of aromas.
