The Blanc de Pinot Noir signed Mailly Grand Cru is a remarkable champagne which loudly asserts its identity of the village of Mailly-Champagne. The cellar master plays with the 35 localities of the village, a mosaic of plots, to develop a subtle and gourmet cuvée.
All the plots that go into the composition of this Blanc de Noirs have been picked and pressed separately so that each can assert its uniqueness.
This is a cuvée matured in stainless steel vats to retain freshness and expressiveness. On tasting, this Blanc de Pinot Noir offers a very good balance between vinosity, liveliness, richness and gluttony.
