Based in Verzy, in the heart of the Montagne de Reims, Maison Louis de Sacy has been growing grapes for 13 generations. Although the Sacy family has been in Champagne since 1633, it was in 1962 that André Sacy decided to create his own champagnes. Today, Yaël and Jonathan Sacy carry on this family tradition by bringing a contemporary approach to the vineyard and winemaking. The estate spans 18 hectares spread across 6 villages and 27 plots, with a central focus on the Grand Cru terroir of Verzy. The house is also committed to environmental sustainability, with part of the vineyard certified organic and the rest gradually being converted.

The Louis de Sacy collection explores different expressions of the Champagne vineyards, ranging from blended cuvées to single-vineyard champagnes and vintages. The Cuvée Originel, made from Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Meunier, offers a fresh, fruity, and generous interpretation of the house style. The Grand Cru, sourced exclusively from Verzy and dominated by Pinot Noir, further highlights the depth and character of the terroir. The range is enriched by more distinctive cuvées, such as the Rosé de Saignée Grand Cru and the Cuvée XII. Meanwhile, the single-vineyard cuvées and vintages reflect a commitment to pushing the boundaries of terroir expression even further. Through this collection, Louis de Sacy champions a vision of Champagne where family tradition, precision in winemaking, and the pursuit of terroir expression come together.
