The production of Laurent-Perrier Blanc de Blancs Brut Nature
Blanc de Blancs Brut Nature Laurent-Perrier is made exclusively from Chardonnay grapes. The grapes come from the best vineyards in the Côte des Blancs, such asAvize, Cramant, Oiry, Chouilly, and the Montagne de Reims, with vineyards such as Tours-sur-Marne, Villers-Marmery, and Rilly-la-Montagne. Thanks to its perfect mastery of the vinification of Chardonnay, a demanding grape variety, Laurent-Perrier creates a champagne of exceptional purity.
This cuvée is vinified in stainless steel vats to preserve the purity and original freshness of the terroirs. The blend gives pride of place to reserve wines to bring a certain patina to the wine. This blend, combined with perfect mastery of the winemaking process, enables Laurent-Perrier to produce this champagne as a Brut Nature (without dosage). The champagne is then aged in the Laurent-Perrier cellars before being disgorged. The absence of dosage preserves its natural character. To perfect its balance, the wine is given several months of additional rest before being released for sale, allowing it to develop a harmonious structure.
