Description
Terre de Vertus Nature from the house of Larmandier-Bernier is a light, gracious champagne in a register of pure and precise minerality, complemented with a touch of spice.
It is a Blanc de Blancs made exclusively from Chardonnay from Les Barillers and Les Faucherets, two parcels situated at Vertus.
Following partial ageing in oak casks and partly in vats, Terre de Vertus Nature is bottled then cellared for 36 months to allow all its aromas to develop.
The quality and purity of the terroir are such that Larmandier-Bernier propose this cuvee with no dosage, no addition of sugar.
This is a Brut Nature whose purity and harmony make it the perfect partner for oysters or fine slices of Pata Negra.

Larmandier-Bernier Terres de Vertus Nature is pale yellow with golden glints. Its effervescence is fine, intense and refined.
Nose
The nose is fresh, with notes of citrus and stone fruits, complex and pure.
Palate
This is a champagne of superb balance, with a rich but subtle attack, good aromatic intensity and fresh mineral notes which can be served as an aperitif or with a meal.
Service
Best served at 9°C.
