Description
Les Chemins d'Avize 2010 from Larmandier-Bernier is a showcase for a singular terroir.
The cuvée was created in 2009, the year the house acquired a small press that enabled the grapes from this parcel to be isolated and pressed separately.
This cuvée is aged in casks and small tuns. The wines are aged on natural lees for almost a year, with light stirring of the lees, without filtration or fining. Blending and bottling take place at the end of July.
The dosage for this cuvée is extra brut, around 2g/l.
