Description

This red wine is made from Pinot Noirs grown on old vines owned by the company in Vertus.

A mild climate, low yields and careful sorting are essential to the success of this red wine.

The Pinots are partially destemmed and macerated for a dozen days. Alcoholic fermentation is natural.

The wines are aged in barrel for 18 months.
