The Cuvée Royale Blanc de Blancs from Joseph Perrier is a very pleasant champagne to serve as an aperitif.
Made from Chardonnays from the Côte des Blancs, the Bassuet region, and the house's historic terroir in Cumières, this cuvée is aged for at least five years in the house's cellars.
It is a champagne with a pale yellow color and great brightness. Its bubbles are delicate.
On the nose, this Blanc de Blancs offers notes of white flowers, then evolves towards a more fruity touch (apricot and mirabelle plum).
On the palate, the attack is lively, full and fresh. Beautiful citrus fragrances return, along with hints of cinnamon, vanilla and biscuits. The finish is very beautiful, with a touch of citrus.
