Description
The Brut Rosé from José Michel is a generous and full-bodied champagne, in a register of red fruits.
The house of José Michel is accredited High Environmental Quality, awarded as a result of their efforts to reduce the level of treatments in the vineyard.
The José Michel Brut Rosé is the result of blending 50% Pinot Meunier and 50% Pinot Noir. It is a rosé made using the free-run method, that is to say, a champagne whose colour and aromas are obtained by a very precise maceration of the grapes.
This intense cuvee is vinified in stainless steel vats and dosed at 8g/l for extra suppleness and smoothness.
Brut Rosé by José Michel is a deep, almost reddish pink, with an astonishingly fine effervescence. Delicious aromas of blackcurrant, raspberry and blackberry mingle with a hint of spice. The palate of this generous and sophisticated champagne reflects the same notes of red fruits and superb aromatic breadth.
