The José Michel Brut Pinot Meunier is a Blanc de Noirs crafted exclusively from Pinot Meunier, the most ancient grape variety of Champagne.

This astounding cuvee, made in stainless steel vats and dosed at 8g/l to add suppleness and smoothness, reveals a subtle but complex aromatic palette.

Brut Pinot Meunier by José Michel is a beautiful pale gold with a constellation of fine bubbles.

The nose is an exuberance of exotic fruit with a lightly acidulous touch.

The palate is superbly fresh and gourmand with the same exotic fruit notes extended by a hint of citrus zest for an agreeable touch of freshness.
