The cuvee Tradition from the José Michel champagne house is a champagne full of fruit and finesse.

The house of José Michel is accredited High Environmental Quality, awarded as a result of their efforts to reduce the level of treatments in the vineyard.

Tradition by José Michel is a blend of 70% Pinot Meunier which contributes excellent fruit characters, and 30% Chardonnay which brings finesse and elegance.

This champagne has been vinified in stainless steel vats and dosed at 8g/l for a touch of smooth suppleness.

Pale yellow in colour, the José Michel cuvee Tradition is starred with fine, intense bubbles. The nose proffers lovely lemon and mandarin citrus aromas followed by more indulgent notes of patisseries.

A lively attack is carried by notes of lemon, grapefruit and a touch of honey in this full, well-structured champagne of great persistence.
