This Coteaux Champenois from Maison Janisson-Baradon is a still white wine of freshness and elegance.
This white wine is made entirely with Chardonnay from the Epernay terroir in the Marne Valley. The soil of clay and silt and the chalk subsoil give the grapes a frank, generous character.
This cuvée is vinified and aged in tuns, without malolactic fermentation and unfiltered, from a perpetual cuvée begun in 2015. This blend is therefore composed of the 2015, 2016, 2017 and 2018 harvests.
This Coteaux Champenois will go equally well with rich seafood and mild cheeses.
