Description

The Solessence Extra Brut by Jean-Marc Sélèque is a lively and superbly fruity champagne.

It is a blend of 50% Chardonnay, 40% Pinot Meunier, and 10% Pinot Noir, harvested on the terroirs of Pierry, Dizy and Vertus, three Premier Cru terroirs.

This champagne made in stainless steel vats (90%) and in oak barrels (10%), is aged for between 36 and 48 months in the Sélèque cellars.

It is dosed as an Extra Brut (5g/L).

4500 bottles of this cuvee Réserve Extra Brut were produced
