Based in Ludes, on the northern slopes of the Montagne de Reims, François and Pierre Huré produce complex and elegant champagnes that reflect the terroirs from which they are made. The Huré Frères vineyard stretches across the villages of Ludes, Ville-Dommange, Brouillet, Serzy and Prin in the Ardre Valley, and Vavray Le Grand in the Vitriat. The wines from each village, each grape variety and each plot are vinified separately in order to preserve their individual personalities. Since its inception, Maison Huré Frères has kept reserve wines, which are blended with the wines of the year according to the Solera principle.
The Solera method is mainly used in the Cuvée de Réserve Invitation, a cuvée composed of the three Champagne grape varieties from the terroirs of Ludes, Ville-Dommange, and Vavray-Le-Grand. It is an invitation to freshness, pleasure and conviviality. The Cuvée Insouciance Rosé is made from the Cuvée Invitation, an elegant and seductive rosé blend that can be enjoyed on any occasion, without restraint, in the "insouciance" of the moment. The Cuvée Instantanée is a vintage champagne produced each year to capture the essence of that particular year and bottle it. It highlights the unique character of each year, combined with the work of the winegrower and winemaker.
