The Rosé Grand Cru produced by Hugues Godmé is a champagne whose freshness brings out its fruity notes. It is a cuvée that awakens the taste buds with its lovely tangy notes.
This champagne is made from Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes from the Grand Cru terroirs of Vezry and Verzenay. A portion (2%) of Pinot Noir vinified in red is added to the blend to bring a beautiful color and notes of red berries.
The dosage is Extra Brut, simply highlighting the wine's beautiful aromatic structure. This cuvée has spent six years in the cellars before being released for tasting.
